Guide to Blythe Bridge & Forsbrook

Two similar & neighbouring villages, in a suburban location with good demographics and higher value properties. Range of different types of houses – mainly three bedroom semi-detached on attractive estates and also from the inter-war period. Larger detached houses on established main roads, some of which are lovely Victorian-style villas. More demand from owner-occupiers here, although rentals are strong as they’re not overly available. Train line from Blythe Bridge to Stoke, changing for Manchester and London. Also to Derby. Close to A50 (by-passes Blythe Bridge) and good routes out to Uttoxeter. New-build estates are in the process on the outskirts.
